When is the deadline to pay?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person due at the time of registration. The event needs to be paid in full by May 21st.
Are there scholarship opportunities?
Scholarships will be dealt with through the organization or church you are attending the summit with (church group, school group, leadership group, etc.). We encourage you to start finding ways to sell items you might not use, start working or think of other ways you can creatively earn money and start saving for this leadership experience.

What is the rooming situation?
The price of the trip represents 4 occupants per room. There might be a surcharge added if rooms cannot reach full occupancy. You will fill out rooming assignments through your group and submit them to us before the Atlanta Summit. Someone through Palmetto Leads will send you the proper information before the trip. How will I get to the Summit?
Your group is responsible for providing transportation to and from the Summit. Groups will be responsible for parking during the summit. We recommend you budget this into your price or use budgeted funds to pay for transportation and parking.

The hotel offers valet service and there is a public garage located across the street from the hotel.
